Very Fine. Extremely Rare. Apparently the finest example offered in the past 15 Years.

This coin celebrates the greatest citizens of Halikarnassos, Herodotos, who lived there in the mid - late 5th Century BC. He was a great historian and for that time a 'journalist' who would travel around the Mediterranean to 'investigate' and interview people who actually had witnessed the events he wrote about.
